Lyndon House- Bushell Investment Group, Birmingham

With the clients lease ending, we were tasked to complete a de-brand & strip out of the 400sqm plot in central Birmingham. Removing and relocating all of the office content. Returning the unit to its shell, removing all glass and stud partitioning, whilst making good as subject to the lease agreement.

College of Policing, Coventry

The Clearance of the main conference room at the college was needed. We removed all of the furniture within the room, consisting of 200+ Chairs, 30+ Tables and presenting equipment in preparation for renovation works to be carried out. Relocating the furniture to storage on the site.

iCentrum, Birmingham

To increase office space, we removed all internal furnishings to allow for works to begin. This project in Central Birmingham saw us work out of hours to minimise disruption to this thriving, open plan office space. To strip several kitchen spaces, toilets and over 800sqm of floor space back to its shell, allowing for a fresh, modern redevelopment.

Stratford Court, Shirley

This end of lease project allowed us to de-brand this property in Shirley from a 6 room office space back to its shell. Allowing for a fresh, open plan design ready for its new tenants. Removing all AC and alarm systems ready for new systems to be installed.

Waterstone, Southport

This 19th Century building in the heart of Southport central required a complete strip out and De-brand along with enabling works to make way for a £1.5 million development investment. The project comprised of over 800sqm of internal demolition. Removing all internal features, HVAC systems and electrical systems from the site. Seeing over 600sqm of partitioning, suspended ceiling and carpeting removed from the site.

Princes Ridsborough School

Tasked with creating an open plan classroom setting, we removed a stock room, a non-load bearing steel beam and several non-load bearing walls, to create this layout, removing the waste from the 200sqm 2nd floor space. Whilst also removing several partition structures on the ground floor, along with enabling works to allow for a full refurbishment.
